Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. We can take an order over the phone, but we cannot take card payment to protect your card security. Our website offers secure payment using Worldpay, so we never even see your card details. We can take payment via alternative means such as bank transfer or a pay by link if you would prefer, however we cannot accept payment using cash.

Can I pay in a different way not offered on the website?

Yes. We can take a BACS payment, or send you a link to pay on (PBL) through worldpay if you would prefer. Please get in touch with customer services on for this. Please note such methods may delay your order being processed.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. Please see our returns page for more information.

Is there a collection option from the warehouse?

Yes. Please select Collect From Warehouse when you check out. This is a free service, so is ideal for small orders to save delivery costs if you are in the area.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring this email along when collecting to help us find your order easily.

What is the best way of getting in touch?

We aim to reply to all emails within three working hours.

My products don't fit. What should I do?

We're always keen to ensure you are satisifed with your products. To exchange a product, you should make a return of your unwanted garments (details can be found here on how to return products). You can then reorder the desired colour or size. You can also buy two sizes and return one of them - this works well for many of our customers.

Please note, we cannot accept returns of any embellished or bespoke orders, unless the goods are defective or faulty, in which case we can supply a like for like replacement free of charge.
