Returns information

Please note, we cannot accept returns of any embellished or bespoke orders, unless the goods are defective or faulty, in which case we can supply a like for like replacement free of charge.

Changed your mind or doesn't fit?

  1. Please visit http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3641 to make a return using our Royal Mail Returns Portal free of charge.

You will be refunded within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Returns must be received in a resellable condition, within 30 days of the original order being delivered.

You can then place a new order for the correct size/colour if desired.

If your item is too large or too heavy to be returned via the Royal Mail portal, please contact us on enquiries@sportsandworkwear.co.uk and we will arrange an alternative method to get your products back to us.

Item faulty?

Replacement items will be shipped the next working day from us receiving your return, provided items are in stock to allow this. If not, you will receive a replacement as soon as available.
